Livewarm™ products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt as long as they are unworn and undamaged. Items damaged during shipping must reported upon receipt to [email protected] for replacement.

Items that have been worn or damaged are not eligible for refund.

Shipping for returned items for must be pre-paid and insured. COD will be refused and fees incurred by the customer. Return shipping labels are not provided. Livewarm™ cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages. Products accepted for repair must be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

In the event of manufacturer defect, your Livewarm™ product will be replaced in accordance to our warranty policy.
